QMS Implementation for Growing Offshore Technology Company
A growing business required support to develop and implement a Quality
Management System (QMS) that met the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 to
secure a space on the target customers approved vendor lists.
Although some documentation and processes were already in place, they needed to be formalised, aligned with the standard and
embedded across the organisation to achieve certification through a UKAS-accredited certification body.
