HR TRAINING
PROFESSIONAL HR TRAINING WITH REAL INSIGHT
GROW YOUR TEAM’S
HR KNOWLEDGE
For HR professionals, keeping pace with changes in employment law and developing competencies in specific HR activities is a career constant — and at Quensh we understand that challenge, first-hand. Our team keeps on top of the latest legislation and HR trends.
This ongoing work means we can deliver up-to-date, HR workshops on a range of subjects and areas of specialism to line managers or HR professionals and clients in a wide range of sectors and scale.
Many technical specialists find themselves in line management without the tools or experience to support them in managing their teams. We can tailor modular based workshops for first time line managers or future managers.
For those more experienced line managers we can refresh skills and knowledge of people management practice.
