The client required consultancy support to develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) that met the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and achieved certification with DNV. Following successful certification, they also needed ongoing support to maintain the system, complete key compliance activities and prepare for their DNV surveillance audit.
