The client required consultancy support to develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) that met the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and achieved certification with DNV. Following successful certification, they also needed ongoing support to maintain the system, complete key compliance activities and prepare for their DNV surveillance audit.
The business needed to demonstrate commitment to continual improvement to maintain the great working relationship already forged with the key client, this meant obtaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification by a UKAS accredited provider fast.
