Following a period of sustained growth, our client invested in an online based non UKAS accredited management system.  However, the organisation soon realised that a one size fits all type approach did not work for their business and failing to demonstrate to a key client that an effective management system was in place threatened the continuation of a key customer contract. 

The business needed to demonstrate commitment to continual improvement to maintain the great working relationship already forged with the key client, this meant obtaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification by a UKAS accredited provider fast.
