The client, a Scottish-based start-up specialising in innovative technology and engineering solutions for the subsea and energy sectors, required specialist HSEQ consultancy support to secure an important new project.

As part of the client’s pre-qualification requirements, the organisation was required to achieve Achilles certification to demonstrate compliance with relevant HSEQ and corporate responsibility standards. With limited existing resources and an evolving Management System, the client needed expert guidance to identify compliance gaps, strengthen internal processes and prepare for the external certification audit.
