The client, an international supplier of specialist control and instrumentation equipment for the energy sector, required consultancy support to maintain and strengthen their ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System (QMS).
Following significant organisational and personnel changes, the client experienced a loss of internal knowledge surrounding the maintenance and monitoring of their QMS. They required specialist guidance to assess existing processes, identify compliance gaps and rebuild internal understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements to ensure the continued effectiveness of their management system.
