The client, an established home furnishings business operating across multiple sites in Aberdeenshire, required specialist HSEQ consultancy support following the retirement of their previous Health & Safety advisor.
Alongside maintaining effective Health & Safety practices across their operations, the client required additional support to prepare for an upcoming SMAS Worksafe desktop audit and achieve certification. They needed expert guidance to review existing documentation, identify compliance gaps and implement necessary improvements within a limited timeframe.
