A Strong Start to 2026 & 20 Years of Supporting Businesses

The first quarter of 2026 has marked a major milestone for Quensh, our strongest start to a year to date, and even more significant as we celebrate 20 years in business.

Over the past three months, we’ve seen a significant increase in enquiries and new client projects, alongside 20% revenue growth compared to Q1 2025. This has been further strengthened by the award of significant new contracts across the Highlands and Central Belt, reinforcing our position as a market-leading HSEQ and HR delivery partner.

Reaching our 20th year is something we’re incredibly proud of. It reflects two decades of building trusted relationships, understanding the real challenges businesses face, and delivering practical support that makes a measurable difference. At the heart of that success, then and now, is our people.

What’s driving our growth isn’t noise or visibility alone, it’s substance. Organisations want practical advice, responsive support, and a partner they can trust to deliver consistently. That’s exactly what our team delivers, day in, day out.

As demand has grown, so has our presence and importantly, the capability within our team.

During Q1, we expanded our team of safety coaches and offshore HSE Advisors to support the extension of existing contracts and the successful award of new work, both in the UK and internationally. This investment ensures we can continue to mobilise quickly, integrate seamlessly with client teams, and deliver high-quality support at scale.

Our HR team has continued to grow with strong employee relations consultants supporting SMEs and LSEs with consultancy and advisory services.  Our team complement in house HR teams, delivering those projects or investigations where resources are limited in house, and with increasing demands on line managers, our team provides proactive support in managing the people related aspects of their role.

We’re continuing to strengthen relationships across Scotland, including Inverness, Dundee, and the Central Belt, enabling us to provide more responsive, locally informed support to businesses operating in these regions.

The performance in this quarter also reflects the strength of the relationships we’ve already built. Many of our clients continue to extend and expand their engagement with Quensh, a reflection of the value we deliver and the trust we’ve established over time.

Behind this strong start, and 20 years of success, is a team that consistently delivers. As demand has increased, so has our capacity, without compromising on the quality, consistency, or responsiveness our clients rely on. That ability to scale while maintaining standards is what sets Quensh apart.

With a strong pipeline, increasing demand, and an expanding footprint, Quensh is well positioned to continue this upward trajectory throughout 2026, supporting more businesses as they look to strengthen compliance, improve performance, and manage risk effectively.

Our focus remains simple:

Practical, reliable Health & Safety and HR support that helps businesses move forward with confidence.
