PROJECT TYPE: HSEQ Management System Design, Development and Implementation
Due to recent changes within the client organisation and its activities in the way in which it operated, their existing management system became obsolete and did not provide an accurate reflection of the business’s operations.
As a result of this, 3rd party UKAS accredited certification was lost. Quensh was appointed to design and implement a new HSEQ system and support the client to achieve recertification.
