This client is an SME who wanted to ensure that Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) was at the core of their operations.

Due to the rapid growth of this SME, operational commitments and specific timeline defined by Scottish Enterprise, the client required implementation of an ESG strategy within 6 months. Internal support was given but there was a requirement of extra external resource and expertise to fully support the implementation of an ESG Strategy.
