Due to our client organisation’s size and priority given to operational activities, there was a gap in ensuring the internal HSEQ systems were maintained and managed effectively.
The client did not have enough resource within the organisation to fully support HSEQ and Supply Chain assurance activities, and approached Quensh to support in a number of key areas.
