The cHeRries Awards 2024
The cHeRries Awards, in association with Mattioli Woods, recognise excellence in the fields of Human Resources (HR), Training and Recruitment.
This year’s awards ceremony and conference will be held on Thursday 13th June 2024 at P&J Live, Aberdeen.
What Makes a Great HR Team?
The cHeRries Awards judges are assessing each Team of the Year Finalist on the following criteria:
- People management ethos, the positive impact on the business and organisation
- Commercial value that the team have added to the business and organisation
- Successfully partnering with the wider organisation to achieve functional or cross functional success
- Innovation and collaboration
- How the team has impacted on the overall strength and success of the business and organisation
- Sustainable teamwork and continuous improvement plans
