Due to James Fisher Subsea’s recent success in winning a number of projects, they required additional experienced HSEQ resources at short notice (2 weeks) to manage the HSE requirements of 2 vessels being mobilised over a 2 week period, and Quensh were able to respond — working closely with the HSEQ department at James Fisher Subsea and delivering responsive support.
Our solution allowed the client and their core HSEQ personnel to focus on their primary operational tasks and provided additional resource where it was needed — meeting tight timescales and avoiding the costs of new in-house personnel.
